CICARE沟通模式在肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果及对家属疾病知识掌握情况、患儿病情康复的影响

Application effect of CICARE communication mode in the nursing of children with pneumonia and its influences on disease knowledge of family members and disease rehabilitation of children

目的探讨CICARE沟通模式在肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月收治的30例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例,常规护理)和观察组(30例,CICARE沟通模式下的护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组家属的疾病知识、紧急处理措施、饮食知识、服药知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的肺活量(VC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)及最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的患儿总依从率、家属满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CICARE沟通模式可明显提高肺炎患儿的治疗依从性,改善肺功能,提高家属的疾病知晓度。

Objective To explore the application effect of CICARE communication mode in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 30 children with pneumonia admitted from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,CICARE communication mode nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of disease knowledge,emergency treatment measures,diet knowledge and medication knowledge of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the vital capacity(VC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)and maximal mid-expiratory flow(MMEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of children and satisfaction of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CICARE communication mode can significantly improve the treatment compliance of children with pneumonia,improve pulmonary function,and improve the disease awareness of family members.
