某中承式钢拱桥加工制作研究

摘要 钢结构工程因其施工快、强度好、刚度大和环保等优点,俨然已经成为建筑业中的超新星之一,在桥梁工程中钢箱梁同样也是桥梁交通网络系统中不可或缺的一部分,其中钢拱桥因其独特的造型而受到各地区的追捧,已经成为各地区必备的地标性交通设施。但与一般的钢箱梁相比,钢拱肋的安装精度是重中之重,而安装精度的前提就是制作精度,钢拱肋加工制作的精度直接影响到安装时钢拱桥的合龙精度。该文以石家庄跨环城水系泊水湾特大桥为例,分析该项目中钢拱肋的加工制作关键技术,尤其是钢拱肋节段的组装技术,其铺设先后顺序为大腹板、隔板、顶底板、吊耳节点、小腹板、斜腹板及其纵肋等。并在最后给出组装过程中的关键技术要求,一为线形控制的关键手段即控制零件的精度及地胎的精度,二为焊接控制的关键手段即保持待焊区域的干净与整洁、引弧板和熄弧板的设置与选择以及焊接工艺的评定。 Steel structure engineering has become one of the supernovae in the construction industry because of its fast construction,good strength,high stiffness and environmental protection,and steel box girder is also an indispensable part of the bridge traffic network system in bridge engineering.Steel arch bridge is sought after by various regions because of its unique shape,and has become a necessary landmark traffic facilities in various regions.However,compared with the general steel box girder,the installation accuracy of steel arch ribs is the most important,and the premise of installation accuracy is the manufacturing accuracy,which directly affects the closure accuracy of steel arch bridge during installation.Taking the Boshuiwan Bridge of Shijiazhuang water system around the city as an example,this paper analyzes the key technology of the processing and manufacture of steel arch ribs in this project,especially the assembly technology of steel arch rib segments.The sequence of laying is large web,partition,top and bottom plate,lifting ear joint,small web,oblique web and longitudinal rib and so on.At last,the key technical requirements in the assembly process are given,one is the key means of linear control,that is,to control the accuracy of parts and the accuracy of ground tire;the other is the key means of welding control,that is,to keep the area to be welded clean and tidy,as well as the setting and selection of arc plate and flameout plate,and the evaluation of welding process.
