摘要
本文介绍了舟山海洋食品加工冷藏物流基地项目制冷系统的设计与实施方案。根据项目用冷需求、功能分区、温区划分,从安全、环保、能效、投资、操作维护等方面综合因素合理选择制冷设备并确定制冷系统方案,最终采用多种制冷剂和制冷系统方案,选用虹吸式壳管换热器、合理的气流组织、独特的复叠制冷系统的辅助冷却保压方式、超低温冷库乙二醇溶液冲霜系统,动态冰浆蓄冷系统等。根据半年的实际运行数据表明实际应用效果与设计初衷契合。
This paper introduces the design and implementation scheme of the refrigeration system of Zhoushan marine food processing and refrigeration logistics base project.According to the cold demand,functional zoning and temperature zone division of the project,the refrigeration equipment is reasonably selected and the refrigeration system scheme is determined from the comprehensive factors of safety,environmental protection,energy efficiency,investment,operation and maintenance.Finally,a variety of refrigerants and refrigeration system schemes are adopted,including siphon shell and tube heat exchanger,reasonable air distribution,unique auxiliary cooling and pressure maintaining mode of cascade refrigeration system,and glycol solution defrosting system of ultra-low temperature cold storage,Dynamic ice slurry cold storage system,etc.According to the actual operation data for half a year,the actual application effect is consistent with the original design intention.
