冷热联供系统在生猪屠宰加工项目上的应用分析

摘要 生猪屠宰加工项目既消耗大量热量又需要对加工间进行降温除湿操作,其制冷系统的冷凝排热一般较大,此类项目冷热联供系统非常具有优势,但往往都是按照理论计算进行对比分析,由于此类项目能源消耗和运营模式、产能等关联较大,理论数据可能会出现偏差,本文整理分析了某项目制冷系统及热泵系统的实际运行数据,比较了实际的能效及投资回报周期,并为此类项目冷热联供系统的设计提出了一些建议。 The refrigeration system of the pig slaughtering project,which mainly deals with cold fresh meat,generally has a large amount of condensation and heat removal.The industry generally believes that such projects have advantages in the cold and heat combined supply system,but they are often compared and analyzed based on theoretical calculations.Due to the significant correlation between energy consumption,operation mode,energy production,and other factors in such projects,there may be deviations in theoretical data.This article summarizes and analyzes the actual operating data of the refrigeration system and heat pump system of a certain project,We compared the actual energy efficiency and investment return period,and proposed some suggestions for the design of the combined cooling and heating supply system for such projects.
