啤酒加工工艺过程中同时使用热量和冷量,其中部分低温余热可以回收转化为中温热量送回工艺系统中使用。本文探讨热泵技术的特殊使用方式,论证其回收制冷机房蒸发冷排热产生高温热水用于巴氏杀菌的可行性。

In the beer processing process,both heat and cold energy are used,and part of low-temperature waste heat can be recovered and converted into medium-temperature heat which can be sent back to the process system for use.This paper discusses the special usage of heat pump technology,and demonstrates the feasibility of recovering released heat in refrigeration system and producing high-temperature hot water for pasteurization.
