摘要
利用射频产生的高频交变电场可以使物料中的极性分子振动,增加其内能使得温度上升。射频加热不会改变物料的性质,且加热后物料温度相对均匀,加热效率高,能耗较小。本文介绍了常见的几种解冻方式以及射频解冻的原理、影响因素等,并据此分析了现有的问题,介绍了一种低温高湿环境下的射频解冻方式,可以有效地缓解局部过热现象。
The high frequency alternating electric field generated by radio frequency can make the polar molecules in the material vibrate,increase the material Internal energy and rese the temperature.The radio frequency heating does not change the internal properties of the material,and the temperature of the material is relatively uniform.The heating efficiency is high,and the energy consumption is low.This paper introduces several common thawing methods,the principles and influencing factors of radio frequency thawing,and analyzes the existing problems accordingly.A radio frequency thawing method under low temperature and high humidity environment is introduced,which can effectively alleviate local overheating.
