摘要
文章基于数字经济发展内涵,从数字基础设施、数字产业化、产业数字化和数字创新能力4个维度构建了数字经济发展的评价指标体系,并运用熵值法对我国数字经济发展水平进行测度;接着采用Dagum基尼系数法、莫兰指数和空间马尔科夫链分析数字经济的动态演变过程。研究结果发现:我国数字经济发展水平存在显著的空间正相关,并且区域之间存在较大的空间差异,呈现“东—中—东北—西”依次递减的趋势;数字经济发展水平较高的省份能够提高本省份的数字经济发展水平向高水平转移的概率。
Based on the connotation of digital economy development,the evaluation index system of digital economy development was constructed from four dimensions:digital infrastructure,digital industrialization,digitalization of industry and digital innovation capability.The entropy value method was applied to measure the development level of China’s digital economy.The Dagum Gini coefficient method,Moran index and spatial Markov chain were used to analyze the dynamic evolution of digital economy.The research results found that there was a significant positive spatial correlation between the levels of digital economy development in China,and there were large spatial differences between regions,showing a decreasing trend from the east part of China to the central part of China,to the northeast part of China and to the west part of China.Secondly,provinces with higher level of digital economy development could increase the probability of transferring to higher level of digital economy development in their own provinces.
