湿式摩擦离合器摩擦片表面油槽结构及摩擦特性研究现状

摘要 湿式离合器的带排转矩不仅影响传动效率,影响其使用寿命,也影响燃油经济性,在离合器摩擦片的表面加工出油槽结构可以有效减少带排转矩。基于此,介绍湿式离合器的发展史及工作原理,从油槽对带排转矩以及散热性能的影响开展离合器摩擦片表面油槽结构的研究,并提出相关建议。 The drag torque of a wet clutch not only affects transmission efficiency but also impacts its service life and fuel economy.Adding oil groove structures on the surface of the clutch friction plates can effectively reduce the drag torque.In addition,this article provides an overview of the development history and working principle of wet clutches.It explores the influence of oil grooves on the drag torque and thermal performance,specifically focusing on the research of surface oil groove structures on clutch friction plates.Finally,it offers recommendations for future research in this field.
