沥青拌合站PMC新型燃料在路面施工中应用的研究

摘要 近年来,我国公路建设突飞猛进,截至2022年4月,公路通车总里程达528万公里,公路建设与沥青混凝土密不可分。在我国公路建设强有力的拉动下,沥青混凝土的需求量从2016年的3.2亿吨增长至2022年的4.7亿吨。沥青拌合站作为沥青混凝土的生产系统,传统上是以柴油或重油为燃料。但是以柴油或重油为燃料进行沥青混合料生产,成本太高,燃烧污染物排放达不到环保要求,目前已经很少使用。多数项目采用清洁能源天然气作为燃料,项目所在地由于地理环境及交通原因,不利于管道架设,且管道安装费用高,若场地安装天然气临时储存罐,基本无法取得属地行政审批手续,天然气在路面工程临时沥青拌合站中的短期应用受限因素多、时间不可控、安全隐患大。面对“碳中和、碳达峰”的新要求,如何突破相关技术壁垒,开发一种新型固体燃料用于沥青混合料加热是沥青混凝土行业亟须解决的问题。 In recent years,China's highway construction has made rapid progress.As of April 2022,the total length of highways opened to traffic has reached 5.28 million kilometers,and highway construction is closely related to asphalt concrete.Under the strong driving force of highway construction in our country,the demand for asphalt concrete has increased from 320 million tons in 2016 to 470 million tons in 2022.The asphalt mixing plant,as a production system for asphalt concrete,traditionally uses diesel or heavy oil as fuel.However,the production of asphalt mixtures using diesel or heavy oil as fuel is too costly,and the emissions of combustion pollutants do not meet environmental requirements.Currently,it is rarely used.Most projects use clean energy natural gas as fuel.Due to geographical and transportation reasons,the location of the project is not conducive to pipeline installation,and the cost of pipeline installation is high.If temporary natural gas storage tanks are installed on the site,it is basically impossible to obtain local administrative approval procedures.The short-term application of natural gas in temporary asphalt mixing stations for road engineering is limited by many factors,uncontrollable time,and has significant safety hazards.Faced with the new requirements of"carbon neutrality and carbon peak",how to break through relevant technical barriers and develop a new type of solid fuel for heating asphalt mixtures is an urgent problem that the asphalt concrete industry needs to solve.
