加快永定河河道综合治理,提升防汛抗洪能力

摘要 受台风“杜苏芮”影响,北京遭遇140年来最大降雨,永定河出现历史罕见的特大洪水,全线防洪工程经历前所未有的严酷考验。暴雨导致永定河水位迅速上升,对当地居民安全造成严重影响。为了应对类似情况,加快永定河河道综合治理,提升防汛抗洪能力迫在眉睫。基于此,对永定河河道综合治理情况进行分析,提出加快永定河河道综合治理提升防汛抗洪能力的有效策略,从而确保永定河的安全及沿岸居民的生命财产。 Under the influence of Typhoon Dusu Rui in 2023,Beijing encountered the largest rainfall in 140 years,and Yongding River experienced a historically rare mega-flood,and the entire flood control project experienced an unprecedented severe test.Heavy rainfall led to a rapid rise in the water level of the Yongding River,which had a serious impact on the safety of local residents.In order to cope with similar situations,it is urgent to speed up the comprehensive management of Yongding River channel and improve the flood control and flood resistance.This paper analyzes the comprehensive management of the Yongding River channel,and on this basis proposes an effective strategy to accelerate the comprehensive management of the Yongding River channel to enhance the flood control and flood resistance,so as to ensure the safety of the Yongding River and the lives and properties of the residents along the river.
