基于三维地质模型的煤矿智能开采规划截割技术研究

摘要 目前,基于记忆截割的智能开采技术无法满足实际工程应用要求,由此提出一种基于地理信息的采煤机规划截割开采技术。该技术以空间坐标变换、三维动态模型修正、规划截割控制等技术为核心,对采煤机截割路径进行建模规划,使采煤机依据截割轨迹参数进行调高控制,实现自主割煤的目标。该项技术在大海则煤矿应用了一年多的时间,取得了良好的效果。 At present,the intelligent mining technology based on memory cutting cannot meet the requirements of practical engineering applications.Therefore,a mining machine planning cutting and mining technology based on geographic information is proposed.This technology takes spatial coordinate transformation,3D dynamic model correction,and planning cutting control as its core to model and plan the cutting path of the shearer,enabling the shearer to adjust the height control based on the cutting trajectory parameters and achieve the goal of autonomous coal cutting.This technology has been applied in the Dahaize coal mine for over a year and has achieved good results.
