目前,我国社会主义市场经济水平显著提升,国有企业发展迅速,党的领导是中国特色社会主义最大的制度优势,党建工作是中国特色国有企业发展的要求和制度体现,是国有企业各项经营管理活动的关键组成部分。国有企业应利用当前机遇,实现高速、科学发展,发挥自身的战斗与堡垒作用,做到党建工作与生产经营工作的融合发展,以党建工作带动和促进生产经营工作的创新、高质量发展。根据现阶段国有企业的实际经营状况,分析党建工作现状,提出优化措施,以期更好地推动党建工作高质量发展。

At present,China's market economy level has improved significantly.Under this background,state-owned enterprises have developed rapidly.The leadership of the party is the biggest institutional advantage of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.Party building is the requirement and institutional embodiment of the development of stateowned enterprises with China characteristics,and it is a key component of various management activities of stateowned enterprises.State-owned enterprises should take advantage of the current opportunity to achieve high-speed and scientific development,give play to their fighting and fortress role,achieve the integrated development of party building and production and operation,and promote the innovative development and high-quality development of production and operation with party building.According to the actual operating conditions of state-owned enterprises at this stage,this paper analyzes the present situation of party building work and puts forward optimization measures in order to better promote the high-quality development of party building work.
