摘要
致密气田管网由于井口节流,易生成水合物,轻则降低运输效率,严重时会引起管道的堵塞造成安全隐患,因此管网水合物模拟预测至关重要。基于全动态多相流模拟软件(OLGAOLGA)建立了LX致密气田管网模型,分析管网水合物生成的温压条件、高风险位置以及生成量。结果表明:水合物高风险位置主要集中在节流后的管段,干线管道水合物生成风险低。
Due to wellhead throttling,dense gasfield pipeline networks are prone to generate hydrates,which can reduce transportation efficiency in light cases and cause pipeline blockage and safety hazards in severe cases.Therefore,simulating and predicting hydrates in pipeline networks is crucial.This article establishes an LX tight gas field pipeline network model based on OLGA,analyzing the temperature and pressure conditions,high-risk locations,and generation amount of hydrates in the pipeline network.The results indicate that the high-risk locations for hydrate formation are mainly concentrated in the pipeline section after throttling,and the risk of hydrate formation in the main pipeline is low.
