摘要
北部湾盆地涠西南凹陷深部潜山地层高强度灰岩对钻井参数敏感性高、机械钻速慢,制约了深部潜山油气田的经济勘探开发。由于钻井参数数据量大、种类多,需要综合分析潜山地层难钻原因,设计提速方案。为此基于现场大数据,采用相关系数法,分析影响潜山地层难钻的主控因素,推荐合理钻井参数,并结合钻头优化设计和提速工具选用形成针对性的提速方案。该提速技术在潜山层位应用后相比于邻井机械钻速提高41%,取得了良好效果。
The high-strength limestone in the deep buried hill formation in the Weixinan Depression of the Beibu Gulf Basin has high drilling sensitivity sensitivity and slow mechanical drilling speed,restricting the economic exploration and development deep buried hill oil and gas fields.Due to the large amount and variety of drilling parameter data,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the reasons for the drilling difficulty and design a speed increase plan.Based on on-site big data,the correlation coefficient method is used to analyze the main control factors that affect the difficulty of drilling in buried hill formations,recommend reasonable drilling parameters,and combine the optimization design of drill bits and the selection of speed increasing tools to form targeted speed increasing plans.After the application,the mechanical drilling speed in the buried hill layer has increased by 41%compared to adjacent wells,and good application results have been achieved.
