一种活动式可密封的滑套开启工具设计与研制

摘要 多级滑套分段压裂技术作为水平井分段压裂的重要支撑,近年来被广泛推广应用,通过滑套开启工具开启滑套并密封上一改造层段是确保该技术成功的关键。设计了一种在滑套开启工具上设置密封胶筒的结构,采用轴向机械压缩胶筒的层间密封理念,研制了活动密封式滑套开启工具,建立了密封性评价试验系统。结果表明:开启工具的密封承载能力达45MPa,结合井筒试验验证了密封设计的可靠性,具备生产应用条件。 The multi-stage sliding sleeve stage fracturing technology,as an important support for horizontal well stage fracturing,has been widely promoted and applied in recent years.The key to ensuring the success of this technology is to use a tool to shift the sliding sleeve and keep the previous stimulated stage being sealed well.A structure was designed to install a sealant cylinder on the sliding sleeve opening tool,using the interlayer sealing concept of axial mechanical compression of the rubber cylinder.A movable sealing sliding sleeve opening tool was developed,and a sealing evaluation test system was established.The results show that the sealing bearing capacity of the opening tool reaches 45MPa,and the reliability of the sealing design has been verified through wellbore testing,which meets the production application conditions.
