“一带一路”背景下的甘肃省陇东南高品质文化旅游带建设困境与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Construction of High-Quality Cultural Tourism Belt in Longdongnan,Gansu Province under the Background of B&R

甘肃是古丝绸之路的锁匙之地和黄金路段,陇东南更是连接丝绸之路经济带与长江经济带的重要区域。该文以“一带一路”背景下文化旅游高质量发展为视角,深入研究陇东南地区文化旅游带发展中存在的建设结合不紧密、基础较为薄弱、旅游产品创新开发力度不够和品牌塑造层次较低等现实困境,并以此提出应对策略:构建陇东南华夏根脉旅游圈,打造石窟文化遗址、康养生态、地方文化旅游特色带,形成文旅专业教育群,建立文旅一体化营销新机制,从而构成“一圈三带一群一体化”的文旅发展新模式,以期为陇东南文旅深度融合“一带一路”倡议高质量发展提供参考。

Gansu is the key and golden section of the ancient Silk Road.As an important region connecting the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,Southeast Gansu,from the perspective of high-quality development of cultural tourism in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,has deeply studied the practical difficulties of the development of cultural tourism belt in Southeast Gansu,such as the lack of close construction integration,weak foundation,insufficient innovation and development of tourism products,and low level of brand building.In this way,a new model of "one circle,three belts and one group" cultural and tourism development is proposed to build the Southeast Gansu Chinese root vein tourism circle,grotto cultural sites,health care ecology,local cultural tourism characteristic belt,cultural and tourism professional education group and cultural and tourism integrated marketing new mechanism,with a view to providing reference for deepening the deep integration of cultural and tourism in Southeast Gansu with the high-quality development of the Belt and Road initiative.
