基于云边协同的共享储能经济优化调度

摘要 云边协同计算是针对于传统能源行业设备复杂、数据收集困难而提出的一项关键技术,储能电站共享运营模式是推动储能行业经济效益最大化的手段。在此背景下,提出一种基于云边信息协同与储能电站共享的园区经济优化调度方法,首先引入云端边际协同工作理念,将云端计算中心定义为模型中的信息决策者,然后将边际信息提供者进行归类。通过共享,集合电网、共享储能、用户等多方信息,预测用户日前负荷并结合电网分时电价,帮助用户合理规划用能,同时共享储能电站作为用户的电能来源之一,既帮助用户节约用电成本,又可有效解决新能源消纳问题,同时亦可在一定程度响应电网调峰调频指令。最后以某省3个典型工业用户作为算例进行仿真,得出用户在云边协同工作模式下可获得经济性最佳的用能方案,园区内新能源消纳率提高,对电网的需求侧响应能力增强。 Cloud-edge collaboration calculation is a key technology to solve the complex equipment and data collection difficulties of traditional energy industry,and the shared operation mode of energy storage power station is a means to maximize the economic benefits of the energy storage industry.In this context,a park economic optimized dispatching method based on cloud-edge information collaboration and energy storage power station sharing is proposed.Firstly,and the concept of cloud marginal collaborative work is introduced.The cloud calculation center is defined as the information decision maker in the model,and then the marginal information provider is classified.Through sharing,the collection of power grid,shared energy storage,users and other information,it predicts the user s daily load and combines the grid time-of-use electricity price to help users rationally plan energy use.At the same time,shared energy storage power station as one of the user s power sources,not only help users save electricity costs,but also effectively solve the problem of new energy consumption.At the same time,it can also corresponds to the power network peak load and frequency regulation instruction to a certain extent.Finally,three typical industrial users in Shandong Province are used as examples to simulate.It is concluded that users can obtain the most economical energy consumption scheme in the cloud-edge collaboration working mode.The new energy consumption rate in the park increases,and the demand-side response ability to the power grid is enhanced.
