摘要
该系统用压力控制阀、抽风机配合及PID控制的方法实现燃料电池发动机海拔模拟测试,可模拟海拔4000m及以下的进排气压力及温度条件。利用该模拟系统对某燃料电池发动机进行不同海拔的稳态及动态工况试验,验证该模拟系统控制的稳定性并研究不同海拔大气压力对燃料电池发动机动力性的影响。试验结果表明:海拔高度的变化对燃料电池发动机动力性影响严重,在电流230A条件下,功率下降超过40%。
This system uses pressure control valves,fan coordination,and PID control methods to achieve altitude simulation testing of fuel cell engines,which can simulate intake and exhaust pressure and temperature conditions at an altitude of 4000m and below.The simulation system was used to conduct steady-state and dynamic operating conditions tests on a fuel cell engine at different altitudes,verifying the stability of the simulation system control and studying the impact of atmospheric pressure at different altitudes on the power performance of the fuel cell engine.The test results indicate that changes in altitude have a serious impact on the power performance of fuel cell engines,with a power decrease of over 40%under the current of 230A.
