摘要
文章提出一种基于功能安全的座椅系统防夹方案,旨在解决座椅系统在使用过程中可能发生的夹伤事故,保障乘客的安全和舒适度。该方案根据ISO 26262标准,采用ANSYS medini analyze工具建立功能安全系统模型语言,定义座椅系统的安全需求并进一步分解成FSR、TSR和HSR,之后在软件中进行安全验证和确认的追溯管理。此外,该方案还考虑乘客的身体特征和座椅调节方式等因素,为乘客提供更加安全和舒适的座椅使用体验。实验结果表明,该方案能够有效地避免座椅夹伤事故的发生,提高座椅系统的安全性和可靠性。
In this paper,an anti-pinch scheme of seat system based on functional safety is proposed,which aims to solve the pinch accidents that may occur during the use of the seat system and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.This solution is based on the ISO 26262 standard and uses ANSYS medini analyze tool to establishthe functional safety system model language,defines the safety requirements of the seat system and further decomposes them into FSR,TSR and HSR,and then carries out traceability management of safety verification and validation in the software.In addition,the plan also takes into account factors such as the physical characteristics of passengers and seat adjustment methods,providing passengers with a safer and more comfortable seat usage experience.The experimental results show that this scheme can effectively avoid seat pinch accidents and improve the safety and reliability of the seat system.
