基于模块化的车身线束开发

摘要 随着汽车电气化程度越来越高,车身线束的复杂程度也随之越来越高,加之卡车市场又存在多品种、小批量的特点,基于不同配置车型的车身线束种类也越来越多,从而给线束的设计、生产等环节带来了严重挑战,传统的线束开发模式已经无法满足需求,于是一种新的线束开发模式——基于模块化的线束开发应运而生。本文就某重卡平台的车身线束模块化开发为例,详细阐述车身线束模块化的开发方法。 With the increasing electrification of automobiles,the complexity of vehicle body harnesses has also increased.In addition,the truck market exhibits characteristics of multiple varieties and small batches.As a result,there are more types of body harnesses based on different configurations,posing significant challenges to the design and production processes.Traditional harness development models are no longer able to meet these demands,leading to the emergence of a new development model:modular harness development.This article takes the modular development of body harnesses on a heavy-duty truck platform as an example,providing a detailed explanation of the development methods for modular body harnesses.
