摘要
近年来,我国餐饮业已进入经营模式多元化、运营模式高度连锁化的新业态,连锁餐饮的总店数与总营收呈增长趋势。在此背景下,实施差异化战略,构建具有特色的产品与服务,打造核心竞争力成为连锁品牌破局的关键。XJD水饺作为中式连锁餐饮企业之一,其发展道路具有一定的代表性。本文通过对XJD案例分析得出,围绕差异化战略,连锁餐饮企业可以在产品服务、品牌形象等方面进行差异化建设,并通过生产流程优化与人员激励协助落实差异化战略。本文提出的一系列创新性举措可以帮助其他连锁餐饮企业找准定位,确定战略方向。
China’s catering industry has entered a new format characterized by diverse business models and highly chain-operated operations for the recent years,with the total number of chain restaurants and overall revenue showing an upward trend.Implementing differentiation strategies and building distinctive products and services to create core competitiveness is crucial for breaking through in the chain restaurant industry.As one of the Chinese chain catering enterprises,XJD Dumplings represents a certain development path.Through the case of XJD,it can be concluded that chain catering enterprises can engage in differentiated construction by focusing on differentiation strategies in areas of product services,brand image,etc.Differentiation strategies can be implemented by optimizing production processes and incentivizing employees.The innovative measures taken in this case can be applied to other chain catering enterprises,helping them identify their position and determine strategic directions.
