橡胶树不同产胶量无性系幼龄林生长性状变异分析

摘要 以不同胶乳产量分组(高、中、低产组)的幼龄橡胶树无性系为试验材料,测定其生长量性状、叶片性状,结果表明:橡胶树无性系幼龄的株高、地径、叶蓬数、叶片的SPAD值、叶柄长度、叶脉数、脉左宽、叶宽等指标在不同胶乳产量分组间存在显著或极显著差异。株高均值范围为3.30~3.83 m,变异系数18.17%~21.06%;地径均值范围为32.04~34.37 mm,变异系数16.61%~18.02%;叶蓬数均值范围为7.19~8.25;变异系数12.91%~16.23%,SPAD值的变异系数均较小(6.62%~8.96%)。高产组的株高、地径、叶蓬数均值最大,且与中、低产组的差异达到极显著(P<0.01)。SPAD均值表现为高产组>低产组>中产组,三组间差异显著(P<0.05);高产组和低产组的叶片长度、脉左宽、叶宽均值较大且相近,中产组的稍小;低产组的叶脉数最多。高产组的叶柄长度、叶脉数与低产组的差异极显著(P<0.01)。 In this study,young rubber clones in different latex yield groups(high,medium and low yield groups)were used to determine their growth traits and leaf traits.The results showed that there were significant or extremely significant differences in plant height,ground diameter,leaf number,leaf SPAD value,petiole length,and leaf vein number,vein left width and leaf width of young rubber clones in different latex yield groups.The plant height averaged in 3.30 m to 3.83 m,and the variation coefficient was 18.17%~21.06%.The mean range of ground diameter was 32.04~34.37 mm,and the variation coefficient was 16.61%~18.02%.The mean value of leaf number ranged from 7.19 to 8.25.The coefficient of variation was 12.91%~16.23%,and the variation coefficient of SPAD value was small(6.62%~8.96%).The mean values of plant height,ground diameter and leaf number in the high-yield group were the largest,and the differences between the high-yield group and the middle-yield group and the low-yield group were extremely significant(P<0.01).The average SPAD value was expressed as high yield group>low yield group>middle yield group,and the difference among the three groups was significant(P<0.05).The leaf length,left vein width and leaf width of the high yield group and the low yield group were larger and similar,and the value of the middle yield group was slightly smaller.In addition,the low-yield group had the largest number of veins.The petiole length and the number of veins in the high-yield group were significantly different from those in the low-yield group(P<0.01).
