“三个务必”是党的二十大基于历史经验和时代需要对全党提出的新要求。从内涵来说,它明确了中国共产党必须坚持的精神内核、政治品格、制胜法宝,深刻回答了党在新征程中的“信仰目标之问”“作风精神之问”“能力本领之问”。从价值来说,它是深入推进新时代党的建设的思想引领,是实现中国共产党长期执政的有力支撑,是塑造良好中国共产党形象的生动素材,是推进中华民族伟大复兴的不竭动力。从实践要求来说,坚持和践行“三个务必”应筑牢“革命理想高于天”的政治信仰,明确奋斗新征程的“理想意图”;应形塑“谦虚奋斗不止步”的革命品格,提升奋斗新征程的“理想品质”;应增强“狭路相逢勇者胜”的本领担当,丰沛奋斗新征程的“理想力量”;应永葆“自我革命在路上”的自主自觉,保障奋斗新征程的“理想效果”。

The“Three Musts”is new requirements put forward at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)based on historical experience and the needs of the times for the entire Party.In terms of connotation,it has clarified the spiritual core,political character,and magic weapon of victory that the CPC must adhere to,and has profoundly answered the questions of“faith and goal”,“work style and spirit”,and“competence and caapbility”of the Party in the new journey.In terms of value,it is the ideological guidance to deeply promote the construction of the Party in the new era,the strong support to realize the long-term governance of the CPC,the vivid material to create a good image of the CPC,and the inexhaustible driving force to promote great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In terms of practical requirement,to adher to and practise the“Three Musts”we should firmly establish the political belief of“revolutionary ideals above heaven”,and clarify the“ideal intention”in striving for a new journey;we should cultivate a revolutionary character of“being humble and striving unstoppably”,and enhance the“ideal quality”in striving for a new journey;we should enhance the ability and responsibility of“brave people win on narrow paths”,and enrich the“ideal force”in striving for a new journey;we should always maintain self-awareness of“self revolution on the way”and ensure the“ideal effect”in striving for a new journey.
