摘要
通过对中小学青年女性体育教师的深度访谈,运用扎根理论,借助质性分析软件Nvivo12Plus对访谈材料进行编码,构建中小学青年女性体育教师专业发展动力波动模型。该模型将动力分成4种类型:强动力、弱动力、内偏差、外偏差。并探讨动力的产生受到“自我—他者—环境交互”的影响。这一交互过程包括基于自我的效能驱动、基于他者的情感驱动以及基于环境的压力驱动。根据研究结果,为提升中小学青年女性体育教师的专业发展动力,建议采取以下策略:尊重女性体育教师主体,健全保障机制;平衡女性体育教师需求,完善评价机制;提高女性体育教师认同,提升学科地位。
Through in-depth interviews with young female physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,utilizing grounded theory and employing qualitative analysis software Nvivo12Plus to code the interview materials,we have constructed a model for the fluctuation of professional development motivation among young female physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.This model categorizes motivation into four types:strong motivation,weak motivation,internal deviation,and external deviation.It also explores how motivation is influenced by the interaction of the self,others,and the environment.This interactive process includes self-efficacy-driven,emotion-driven by others,and pressure-driven by the environment.Based on the research findings,we recommend the following strategies to enhance the professional development motivation of young female physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools:respecting the agency of female physical education teachers,strengthening support mechanisms;balancing the needs of female physical education teachers,improving evaluation mechanisms;increasing the identity of female physical education teachers and enhancing the status of the subject.
