摘要
针对A公司激光切割机生产车间布局现存问题,利用系统布置设计法(SLP)得到车间内作业单位间物流强度和非物流强度,根据综合相关性分析绘制出位置相关图,从而得到车间的初始布局。为了消除人为因素带来的弊端,利用遗传算法对初始布局进行了优化,形成更加科学合理的布局方案。通过对搬运距离和物流强度的比较,验证了优化后布局的可行性。
The article addresses the existing problems of the layout of the laser cutting machine production workshop in Company A.The initial layout was obtained by using systematic layout planning(SLP)to obtain the logistic and non-logistic intensities among the operating units in the workshop and drawing the location correlation map according to the comprehensive correlation analysis.In order to eliminate the drawbacks brought by human factors,the initial layout was optimized using genetic algorithm to form a more scientific and reasonable layout scheme.The feasibility of the optimized layout was confirmed by comparing the results of handling distance and logistics intensity.
