摘要
棉与黏胶纤维是目前市场上较普遍的2种纤维,都属于纤维素纤维。目前,其鉴别方法有燃烧法、化学溶解法和显微镜法等。这些方法均需破坏样品,费时较长,检测人员需要具备较多的试验操作能力和丰富的经验。研究了一种应用近红外光谱分析技术的鉴别方法,可以无损、快速、准确地鉴别此类纤维,从而推动纤维鉴别方法的发展。
The cotton and viscose fiber are two common fibers in the market,both belong to cellulose.At present,the current identification methods include combustion method,chemical dissolution method,microscope method,etc.These methods need to destroy samples,take a long time,and the detection personnel need more experimental operation ability and rich experience.An identification method was studied by using near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology.This kind of fiber can be identified nondestructively,quickly and accurately,so as to promote the development of fiber identification methods.
