扫描电子显微镜是表征材料表面微观形貌的重要手段之一,已广泛应用于教学科研。材料的制样方法对能否观察到清晰、准确的表面形貌至关重要。系统地介绍了常见材料的制样方法及注意事项,有助于获取高质量电镜图像。
Scanning electron microscopy is one of the important means to characterize the microscopic morphology of material surface,and has been widely used in teaching and scientific research.The preparation method of the material is crucial to whether the clear and accurate surface morphology can be observed.The sampling method and precautions of common materials were systematically introduced,to help obtainhigh-quality electron microscopy images.
