摘要
临床医学研究生的科研能力是研究生教育质量和临床医学研究的重要保证。培养研究生的自主科研能力和创新思维能力非常重要。四川大学华西医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科将“大刊导思”课程作为日常教学任务,采用翻转课堂教学模式,让研究生对高水平期刊文献进行导读和精读。对本学科71名在读研究生进行了“大刊导思”课程相关问卷调研,结果显示“大导思”课程的有效参与度在研究生科研获奖和奖学金获得数量方面具有显著的统计学差异,“大刊导思”课程的教学模式有助于提升临床医学研究生的临床科研思维,可助力推进学科的科研教学一体化。
It is very important to cultivate scientific research ability of medical postgraduates.The Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery,West China Hospital of Sichuan University has adopted the Guidance Course as a daily teaching task.The flipped classroom teaching strategy is applied to the Guidance Course,allowing postgraduates to perform broad and intensive reading tasks of high-level articles,respectively.A questionnaire survey was conducted for 71 postgraduates in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in West China Hospital.Significant statistical differences in terms of the number of postgraduate research awards and scholarships were observed between the effective and ineffective participants of the Guidance Course.Guidance Course helps cultivate and improve the clinical-scientific research thinking of clinical medicine postgraduates,and finally promotes the integration of research-teaching of Otorhinolaryngology.
