RCEP背景下我国高职院校外贸类课程建设存在的困境及对策——以“跨境电子商务”课程为例

The Dilemmas and Countermeasures in the Construction of Foreign Trade Courses in China’s Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of RCEP:Taking the Course“Cross-border E-commerce”as an Example

RCEP生效为我国外贸产业发展带来了机遇和挑战。高职院校进行外贸类课程建设,对促进我国外贸产业高质量发展具有重要意义。首先指出RCEP生效后企业对外贸人才能力需求的变化;其次,指出外贸类课程建设存在的困境:缺乏具体建设标准、内容需要持续更新、知名企业缺位、教学团队组建困难、教学效果不佳、课程建设经费报账手续烦琐等;最后,从教育主管部门、学校、行业协会、教师等视角提出了对策建议。

The entry into force of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of China’s foreign trade industry.The construction of foreign trade courses in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade industry.This paper first points out the changes of enterprises’demand for foreign trade talents after the RCEP comes into effect;Second,it points out the dilemmas in the construction of foreign trade courses:the lack of specific construction standards,the need to continuously update the content,the absence of well-known enterprises,the difficulties in establishing teaching teams,the poor teaching effect,and the cumbersome procedures for reimbursement of course construction funds;Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of education authorities,schools,industry associations and teachers.
