新工科背景下机械类专业核心课程群教学团队建设研究

摘要 针对应用型高校人才培养目标的需求,分析了核心课程群教学团队在新工科背景下建设的现状,主要存在课程间联系不够紧密、内在逻辑性不强,跨界培养应用型人才举措不多、效果不明显,团队内部结构不够完善、产生结构性失衡等三个方面的问题。根据课程群设定原则确定了机械类专业核心课程群,并开展团队建设。在课程建设、教材建设、教学模式与方法创新等方面进行课程教学改革,对机械类专业核心课程群建设大胆实践探索,取得了一定的成效。 In view of the demand for talent training objectives of application-oriented colleges and universities,the current situation of the construction of a core curriculum group teaching team is analyzed under the background of new engineering education.There are three main problems:the connection between courses is not close enough and the internal logic is not strong;the measures to cultivate applied talents are deficient and the effect is not obvious;the internal structure of the team is not perfect and the generated structural imbalance.According to the principle of the course group setting,the core course group of the mechanical major is determined and team construction is carried out.Teaching reform has been carried out in the aspects of curriculum construction,textbook construction,teaching mode and method innovation,and the construction of a core curriculum group of the mechanical major has been explored in practice,and certain results have been achieved.
