摘要
教师的数字素养水平直接关乎教育数字化转型进程及人才的培养质量,而实验教师作为实验教学与实验室管理的第一资源,承担着数字时代高质量人才的重要使命,是推动实验室数字化转型的重要驱动力。剖析了实验教师实验素养内部和外部存在的问题,从文化、环境、育人和资源四个评价维度,系统提出了实验教师数字思维、数字化环境构建、线上线下混合教学、数字化资源再造四个数字化能力的评价框架,制定了实验教师数字素养评价指标,探索通过创设省实验专项赛,以赛赋能,提升实验教师数字素养。
The digital literacy level of teachers is directly related to the process of digital transformation of education and the training quality of talents.As the first resource of experimental teaching and laboratory management,experimental teachers bear the important mission of high-quality talents in the digital era and are an important driving force to promote the digital transformation of laboratories.This paper analyzes the internal and external problems of experimental teachers'experimental literacy.From four evaluation dimensions of culture,environment,education and resources,it systematically puts forward an evaluation framework for four digital abilities of experimental teachers:digital thinking,digital environment construction,online and offline mixed teaching,and digital resource reconstruction,and also establishes evaluation indicators for experimental teachers'digital literacy to enhance the digital literacy of experimental teachers.
