穴位敷贴联合针灸对中风偏瘫患者神经功能及日常活动能力的影响

Effect of Acupoint Application combined with Acupuncture on Nerve Function and Daily Activity Ability of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨穴位敷贴联合针灸对中风偏瘫患者神经功能及日常活动能力的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年6月九江市中医医院收治的86例中风偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。两组均实施常规对症治疗,同时对照组行针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上联合穴位敷贴治疗。比较两组中医疗效、神经功能、肢体功能、日常活动能力。结果观察组治疗有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分较对照组低,Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中风偏瘫患者行穴位敷贴联合针灸治疗效果较佳,利于神经功能恢复,促进肢体功能及日常活动能力提升。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with acupuncture on nerve function and daily activity ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 86 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received routine symptomatic treatment,while the control group received acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was combined with acupoint application treatment on this basis.The effects of traditional Chinese medicine,nerve function,limb function and daily activity ability were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of Fugl-Meyer Exercise Scale(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)were higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect on stroke hemiplegic patients,which is conducive to the recovery of neural function and the promotion of limb function and daily activity ability.
