环孢素Ⅱ与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的疗效

Effect of CyclosporineⅡand Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on Dry Eye after Cataract Operation

目的探讨白内障术后干眼症患者应用环孢素Ⅱ与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗的有效性。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月于邯郸市第一医院就诊的白内障术后干眼症患者62例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组接受玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组应用环孢素Ⅱ与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)高于对照组,角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白内障术后干眼症患者应用环孢素Ⅱ与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of cyclosporineⅡand sodium hyaluronate eye drops in patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery treated in the First Hospital of Handan City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the observation group was treated with cyclosporineⅡand sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the tear film rupture time(BUT)and tear secretion test(SIt)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score was lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of cyclosporinⅡand sodium hyaluronate eye drops on patients with dry eye after cataract operation is remarkable.
