阿托伐他汀钙片仿制药治疗高脂血症的临床效果及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片仿制药治疗高脂血症的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月盐城市第一人民医院收治的高脂血症患者246例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各123例。对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙片原研药,观察组采用阿托伐他汀钙片仿制药治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血脂指标、血清细胞因子及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率为88.62%,低于对照组的90.24%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C、IL-6均降低,HDL-C、NO均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.57%,低于对照组的11.38%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对高脂血症患者采用阿托伐他汀钙片仿制药同样具有优异的临床效果,可有效改善血脂水平,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 246 hyperlipidemia patients admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 123 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The therapeutic effect,blood lipid index,serum cytokines and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 88.62%,lower than that of the control group(90.24%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was NO significant difference in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),nitric oxide(NO)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C and IL-6 were all decreased,and HDL-C and NO were increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.57%,lower than that in the control group(11.38%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of atorvastatin calcium tablets for patients with hyperlipidemia also has excellent clinical effects,can effectively improve blood lipid levels,high safety.
