护理干预措施在肝脏超声造影检查中的应用价值

Application Value of Nursing Intervention in Liver Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound Examination

目的探讨护理干预措施在肝脏超声造影检查中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月于九江市第一人民医院行肝脏超声造影检查的患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组予以传统的基础护理干预,观察组实施综合性护理干预措施。比较两组造影剂外渗发生情况、舒适度、护理满意度。结果观察组患者造影剂外渗事件发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的11.43%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝脏超声造影检查过程中实施综合性护理干预措施,可取得更为有效的检查效果,减少或避免造影剂外渗等不良事件发生,积极提升护理舒适度,获得患者广泛的认可,取得较高的满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention measures in liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination.Methods Seventy patients who underwent liver contrast ultrasound examination in Jiujiang First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received traditional basic nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The occurrence of contrast media extravasation,comfort and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of contrast agent extravasation event in observation group was 2.86%,lower than that in control group(11.43%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the comfort score of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than that of the control group(82.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in the process of liver CEUS can achieve more effective examination results,reduce or avoid adverse events such as contrast agent extravasation,actively improve nursing comfort,and obtain wide recognition and high satisfaction of patients.
