高校科技成果转化效率测度研究综述

A Literature Review on the Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Efficiency of Universities

通过梳理我国高校科技成果转化效率测度的不同文献,对各类研究的方法模型和指标体系进行回顾和整理,分类并总结研究问题视角和效率影响因素,为后续研究提供参考和思路。综述表明,指标选择方面,过程性指标的处理仍存在一定争议,但需做到综合考虑变量及取值方法实现更优,可考虑控制主体和时间范围,细化研究内容;影响因素方面,可关注研究热点和前沿、注重具有时代特性的影响要素,或者融合影响因素下的作用机制。

By combining different literatures on the measurement of scientific and technological achievements transformation efficiency in Chinese universities,reviewing and organizing the methodological models and index systems of various researches,and classifying and summarizing the research perspectives and efficiency influencing factors,it aims to provide references and ideas for the subsequent researches.The review shows that on the selection of indicators,the treatment of process indicators is still controversial,but it is necessary to comprehensivly consider the variables and the method of taking values to achieve better results.Controlling the main subjects and the time frame can be considered to refine the research content.In terms of the influencing factors,attention can be paid to the research hotspots and fronts,focusing on the influencing elements with the characteristics of the times,or the influencing mechanism under the fusion of factors.
