摘要
高温稳定性与疲劳性能为浇注式混凝土的薄弱环节。通过GMA浇注式混凝土配合比设计正交试验,参照港珠澳大桥中GMA所使用的配合比材料组成,在保证刘埃尔流动性相当的情况下,对其GMA中不同粗集料用量、ME用量、沥青含量、矿粉用量变化下的高温稳定性及疲劳性能的表现情况进行研究。结果表明,沥青用量对GMA高温稳定性影响最显著,而矿粉用量对GMA疲劳性能影响最显著,同时以上两因素对GMA关键路用性能的影响规律表现出对立关系。根据正交试验结果分析,确定最佳GMA配合比,达到高温稳定性与疲劳性能的良好平衡,工程验证表明正交实验下GMA配合比优化设计使得浇注式桥面铺装性能达到理想效果。
High temperature stability and fatigue performance are the weak links of castable concrete.Through the orthogonal test of GMA castable concrete mix design,with reference to the mix material composition of GMA used in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,under the condition of ensuring the same fluidity of Liu Er,the high temperature stability and fatigue performance of GMA under different coarse aggregate dosage,ME dosage,asphalt content and mineral powder dosage were studied.The results show that the amount of asphalt has the most significant influence on the high temperature stability of GMA,while the amount of ore powder has the most significant influence on the fatigue performance of GMA.According to the analysis of orthogonal test results,the optimal GMA mix is determined to achieve a good balance between high temperature stability and fatigue performance.Engineering verification shows that the optimal design of GMA mix under orthogonal experiment makes the pavement performance of castable bridge deck reach an ideal effect.
