第三方航空维修企业维修站选址评价——基于熵值CRITIC合成赋权的TOPSIS分析

第三方航空维修企业维修站的选址直接影响到航空维修服务的效率和可靠性,进而对民航业的经济发展产生重要影响。以维修站选址特点为基础,从政策条件、城市条件、市场条件、自然条件四个方面构建第三方航空维修企业维修站选址评价体系,选取50个国内机场作为研究对象,采用熵值法和CRITIC法对评价指标组合赋权,进而利用TOPSIS方法计算各选址方案的综合得分,根据得分对50个机场进行分级,使第三方航空维修企业维修站选址更为科学。

The site selection of repair stations of third-party aviation maintenance enterprises directly affects the efficiency and reliability of aviation maintenance services,which in turn has an important impact on the economic development of the civil aviation industry.Based on the characteristics of repair station location,the evaluation system of third-party aviation maintenance enterprise’s repair station location was constructed from the four aspects of policy conditions,urban conditions,market conditions and natural conditions,50 domestic airports as the research object were selected,entropy and CRITIC method were used to assign weights to the combination of evaluation indexes,and then the TOPSIS method to calculate the comprehensive scores of each location plan was used,and then 50 airports based on the scores were graded to make the location of third-party aviation maintenance enterprise more scientific.
