摘要
针对调压装置监控调压阀国产化工业性试验出现的问题,为了跟踪监控调压阀国产化产品的质量,了解其应用情况及使用效果,对国内外不同厂家的调压装置监控调压阀使用现场进行了对比测试。结果表明,监控调压阀发生故障的概率较为频繁,尤其是阀门主膜片及指挥器膜片,使得其稳压精度和关闭压力等级等两个重要性能指标不符合测试要求,测试数据中最大稳压精度8.04%,大于要求的2.5%,最大关闭压力等级28.81%,远大于要求的2.5%。对阀门故障原因进行了分析,对阀门后期维护及产品优化重点等提出改进措施。
For the problems of localization industrial testing on the pressure control valves for pressure regulating device,the comparative test of the pressure control valves of some domestic and foreign manufacturers was carried out to track the quality of domestic products and understand their application and use effect.The results show that the probability of failure of the monitoring regulate valve is more frequent,especially the valve main diaphragm and the conductor diaphragm,making its two important performance indicators such as accuracy class and lock-up pressure class do not meet the test requirements.The maximum accuracy class of 8.04%in the test data is greater than the required 2.5%,and the maximum lock-up pressure class of 28.81%is far greater than the required 2.5%.By analyzing the causes of valve failures tested on site,improvement measures were proposed for later maintenance and product optimization focus of the valve.
