摘要
软件定义将是灵活夺取未来快节奏战争致胜的关键,能够加快观察—判断—决策—行动(OODA)环和闭合杀伤链。首先,介绍了美国战略与国际问题研究中心(CSIS)新近提出的软件定义战争概念的背景和基本概念;然后,对软件定义战争核心思想和核心架构设计理念进行了深入分析;接着,分析了美军应用软件定义在新作战概念创新、颠覆性技术突破、装备能力提升以及体系构建等应用案例;最后,给出了发展建议,以期为未来装备体系建设发展提供参考。
Software definition will be the key to win the future fast-paced war flexibly,as it can speed up the OODA(observe,orient,decide and act) and close the kill chain.Firstly,the background and basic concepts of the software-defined warfare proposed by the Center for Strategic and International Studies(CSIS) recently are introduced.Then,the core ideas of software-defined warfare and key design concepts of architecture are analyzed in depth.Next,application cases of software definition about the new operational concept innovation,disruptive technological breakthrough,equipment capability improvement,and construction for System of Systems(SoS),etc.are analyzed.Finally,suggestions for the development are given to provide reference to future construction and development of the equipment system.
