数字化转型对制造业全要素生产率的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 选取沪深A股制造业上市企业2013—2021年的数据作为样本,利用固定效应模型对数字化转型与全要素生产率之间的关系进行实证,研究结果发现:制造业企业的数字化转型对其全要素生产率提升具有正向促进作用,在企业数字化转型与全要素生产率提升之间,研发支出存在显著的中介效应,政府支持在其中发挥调节作用。提出制造业应加快数字化建设,加大研发支出,政府应出台相应的扶持政策等建议。 The article selects data from A-share manufacturing companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2021 as samples,and uses a fixed effects model to empirically examine the relationship between digital transformation and total factor productivity.The research results show that digital transformation of manufacturing companies has a positive promoting effect on their total factor productivity improvement,and there is a significant mediating effect of R&D expenditure between digital transformation and total factor productivity improvement.It is suggested that the manufacturing industry should accelerate digital construction,increase research and development expenditures,and the government should introduce corresponding support policies.
