产教融合视域下新商科人才培养路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of New Business Talents from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

随着第四次工业革命的推进,我国商业模式随之进行变革。商科教育作为商业进步的坚实后盾,应顺应时代要求,与时俱进,以适应互联互通的商业新时代。在产教融合背景下,新商科教育须以新商科教育理念为指导,结合高等教育发展新趋势,探索深度产教融合的机制体制,梳理当前新商科产教融合培养现状,分析新商科现存难题,阐述新商科诞生背景下复合型人才培养的新要求,提出相应可行性路径建议。

With the promotion and development of the fourth industrial Revolution,China's business model will change.As a solid backing for business progress,business education should conform to the requirements of The Times,keep pace with The Times,and adapt to the new era of interconnected business.Under the background of the integration of production and education,business education should be guided by the new business education concept and combined with the new development trend of higher education to explore the mechanism of indepth integration of production and education.Through the elaboration of the background of the birth of the new business discipline and the new requirements of the training of compound talents,the paper sorts out the current situation of the integration of production and education in the new business discipline,insights into the existing problems in the new business discipline,and puts forward the corresponding feasible path suggestions.
