摘要
为研究相控阵超声波检测技术对铝型材薄板搅拌摩擦焊焊缝内部质量的检测能力,制作了一定数量的人工缺陷(未焊透及隧道孔)工作试件,采用相控阵超声波检测技术对焊缝接头进行内部探伤,获得了大量探伤图谱。文章结合相控阵超声波检测结果及工作试件的断面宏观金相图进行对比分析,结果显示:相控阵超声波检测技术能够有效地检出搅拌摩擦焊未焊透及隧道孔缺陷,可实现对搅拌摩擦焊缝内部质量的全面把控。
In order to study the detection ability of phased array ultrasonic testing technology on the internal quality of aluminum profile sheet friction stir welding(FSW)welds,a certain number of artificial defects(incomplete penetration and tunnel holes)working specimens are made.The phased array ultrasonic testing technology is used to perform internal inspection on the weld joints,and a large number of flaw detection charts are obtained.This paper compares and analyzes the results of phased array ultrasonic testing and the macroscopic metallograph of the cross-section of the working specimens.The results show that the phased array ultrasonic testing technology can effectively detect incomplete penetration and tunnel hole defects in FSW,and can realize the overall control of the internal quality of FSW.
