潜游内检机器人对变压器油扰动效应的研究

摘要 在潜游机器人内检作业中,对变压器内部绝缘油扰动的情况开展了研究,分析了螺旋桨推进器、射流推进器引发油中气泡的过程,将水中的经典空化理论推广到油中,对油中推进器产气条件开展了实验,还进一步对气体成分进行了研究,通过实验证明了油中溶解气体体积分数受机器人作业的影响会发生变化,油中微水质量分数对空化现象有显著影响。 This paper presents a study on the disturbance of insulation oil inside transformers during the internal inspection operation of submersible robots.The process of gas bubbles in the oil caused by screw propellers and jet propellers is examined,and the classic cavitation theory in water is extended to the oil.Experiments are conducted on the gas production conditions of the thruster in the oil,and the gas composition is further studied.It has been demonstrated through experiments that the volume fraction of dissolved gases in the oil changes under the influence of robot operations,and that the mass fraction of micro water in the oil has a significant impact on cavitation.
