摘要
开关磁通电机作为一种高性能永磁电机,其永磁体和绕组都安装在定子上,可以在保证电机性能的同时,避免压力机冲击对电机造成损害。为使开关磁通电机可应用在伺服压力机上,本文探讨了一种应用于螺旋压力机的开关磁通切换式电机设计计算方法,通过仿真验证了设计电机的性能,为开关磁通式永磁电机在伺服压力机上的应用提供技术积累。
The flux switching permanent magnet motor which permanent magnet and winding are installed on the stator is a kind of high-performance driven source.And it can ensure the performance of the motor and avoid the damage caused by the press impact on the motor.In order to apply the flux switching motor to the servo press,this paper discusses a design calculation method of the motor applied to the screw press,and verifies the performance of the designed motor by simulation.This provides technical accumulation for the application of flux switching permanent magnet motor in servo press.
