折弯机独立式随动前托料控制方法研究

Research on the control method of independent follow-up front support for bending machine

折弯机随动前托料是一种功能部件,特别是在加工长板薄板时作用明显,它能在折弯过程中实时托住板材,避免板材变形影响折弯效果,通常随动前托料都和主机捆绑在一起,由折弯机控制器控制托料部件运动。本文基于对托料工作原理的研究及运动模型的分析,通过PLC程序开发,实现了随动前托料装置的单独控制,能够和不同折弯机配合工作,通用性好。

The following front support of the bending machine is a functional component,especially when processing long and thin plates.It can hold the plate in real-time during the bending process,avoiding deformation of the plate and affecting the bending effect.Usually,the following front support is bundled with the host machine,and the movement of the support component is controlled by the bending machine controller.This article is based on the research of the working principle of the support material and the analysis of the motion model.Through the development of a PLC program,the independent control of the follow-up front support material device is achieved,which can work together with different bending machines and has good universality.
