冷轧TC4钛合金管材超声波探伤缺陷分析

摘要 通过超声波探伤和金相分析试验研究了一种TC4管材常见缺陷的分布特征和典型波形规律。发现冷轧管材主要缺陷类型为裂纹缺陷,裂纹在内外壁均有出现,分布方向主要有纵向和横向及斜45°方向。其中横向裂纹为主要裂纹类型,出现裂纹缺陷的部位通常也有组织异常出现。试验结果表明利用超声波水浸线聚焦探伤技术,通过调整合适的入射倾角和探头深入长度可以满足冷轧TC4钛合金管材现场质量检测。 The distribution characteristics and typical waveform pattern of common defects of a kind of TC4tubes were studied through ultrasonic flaw detection and metallographic analysis tests.It is found that the main type of defects in cold rolled pipes is crack defects,cracks appear in both the inner and outer walls,and the distribution direction is mainly in the longitudinal and transverse directions and the oblique 45° direction.Among them,transverse cracks are the main types of cracks,and the parts with crack defects usually have organizational abnormalities.The test results show that the use of ultrasonic water immersion line focusing flaw detection technology,by adjusting the appropriate incidence inclination and probe depth length can meet the cold rolled TC4 titanium alloy pipe on-site quality inspection.
