摘要
针对离散制造生产系统,提出一种模块化仿真建模方法,将模型实体与逻辑控制程序分开,通过模型生成器识别基础数据库,实现快速构建仿真模型。选取悬挂式热处理生产系统为研究对象,基于AutoMod仿真建模验证了该方法的有效性,并对该生产线进行仿真优化,得到的仿真结果可作为悬挂式热处理生产系统改造的决策依据。模块化仿真建模方法不仅可以为生产管理者在决策过程提供依据,而且对类似的生产系统或物流系统仿真分析具有参考价值。
A modular simulation modeling method is proposed for discrete manufacturing system,which separated model entities from logic controllers.Through the model generator identify the underlying database to quickly build simulation models.The suspended heat treatment production system was selected as the research object.The effectiveness of the method was verified based on AutoMod simulation modeling,and was simulated and optimized about the production line.The simulation results can be used as the transformation of the suspended heat treatment production system.The modular simulation modeling method can not only provide a basis for production managers in the decision-making process,but also have reference value for the simulation analysis of similar production systems or logistics systems.
