本文研究了制造业与服务业融合的湖南企业经营管理策略,提出了打造高效供应链的措施,例如供应商库存管理、联合库存和准时化采购;还从质量工程角度建议了质量提升的多种策略——质量循环曲线管理、车轮式管理、零瑕疵管理、全面质量管理、产品生命周期管理、6σ管理和过程能力指数管理;并探讨企业综合计划方略,倡导线性规划法的应用,研究了双作业中心的作业计划优化方法。

The article studies the business management strategies of Hunan enterprises that integrate manufacturing and service industries,and proposes measures to build an efficient supply chain,such as supplier inventory management,joint inventory,and just in time procurement;Multiple strategies for quality improvement were also proposed from the perspective of quality engineering,including quality cycle curve management,wheel style management,zero defect management,total quality management,product lifecycle management,and 6σManagement and process capability index management;And explore the comprehensive planning strategy of enterprises,advocate the application of linear programming method,and study the optimization method of dual job center job plans.
