摘要
基于我国中部六省2011—2020年的数据,利用耦合协调度模型,剖析中部六省科技人才集聚和经济高质量发展两大系统之间的耦合协调关系。研究表明:中部六省经济高质量发展和科技人才集聚综合水平整体处于从低水平向高水平动态演进过程中,发展态势良好,但各省非均衡性特征明显;两大系统整体耦合度及耦合度均值呈现上升趋势,耦合协调程度由濒临失调过渡至初级协调;从各省的耦合协调程度来看,区域间异质性显著,六省存在不协调、不平衡的现象。最后基于结论,提出针对中部六省加强科技人才集聚、提升经济高质量发展及提高两者耦合协调度的具体建议。
Based on data spanning from 2011 to 2020 for the six central provinces of China,this paper utilizes the coupling coordination model to analyze the relationship between two major systems:scientific and technological talent agglomeration and high-quality economic development in these provinces.The results indicate that the comprehensive level of high-quality economic development and scientific and technological talent agglomeration in the six central provinces is dynamically evolving from a low to a high level,showing a positive development trend.However,the unbalanced characteristics among the provinces are evident.The overall coupling degree and the average coupling degree of the two systems exhibit an upward trend,with the degree of coupling coordination transitioning from the verge of dysregulation to primary coordination.Examining the degree of coupling and coordination for each province reveals significant heterogeneity between regions,with a noticeable phenomenon of un-coordination and imbalance among the six provinces.In conclusion,based on these findings,specific suggestions are proposed to enhance the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents,improve high-quality economic development,and enhance the coupling and coordination degree of the six central provinces.
